OUR MISSION

The mission of the Berkshire Bears is to provide an engaging, intensive and competitive environment for young baseball players in Northwestern Connecticut looking to further their baseball career to the next step whether it’s Little League, making the varsity team at their high school or playing in college & beyond.

Our Coaches

Our coaching staff is made of Coaches who we feel best fit the qualifications & experience our players and families deserve. Combined our staff has multiple former college players, former professional players, coaches who have coached or recruited for college programs across the country, 3 of our current head coaches are currently High School Varsity coaches. From top to bottom we ensure the best coaches for our players, so that they develop as both athletes and young men.

Philosophy

We believe that there is no substitute for hardwork, no shortcut to success and no reason not to love the process. Whether your goal is to play on the varsity team at your high school or to play in college, our job is to help you achieve that goal. Baseball is a game of failure, learning how to deal with that failure and push forward is what separates us from other programs. We want our boys to become respectable young men who deal with adversity head on, and hold themself accountable not only in this game but in life.
